Registration for 2024 Fall Baseball at EWA is now open!

Online registration is now OPEN! (scroll down to register). Registration will close on Friday, August 2nd, 2024 at 5:00 PM.

EWA provides an opportunity for boys to play youth baseball. Our league emphasizes learning the fundamentals of the game while having fun in a recreational, but competitive setting for all players ages 3 -14 years old.

Our age divisions include:

5U (Tee Ball)

6U (Coach Pitch)

8U (Coach Pitch)

10U (Kid Pitch)

12U (Kid Pitch)

The AGE CUT OFF DATE is 04/30/2025. Your child’s age on 04/30/2025 is the age used for each division. (For example, if your child is 7 or 8 years old by 04/30/2025 will play in the 8U division.)

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Registration will close on Friday, August 2nd, 2024 at 5:00 PM
Player evaluations and uniform fittings will be in early August with dates and times TBD
Teams will have available practice times beginning in early August
Games will begin in late August and run through the end of October
Teams will typically practice twice per week during the pre-season and once per week when games begin
Games for 5U are typically played on Saturdays but may have games during the week as well throughout the season
Games for 6U-12U (2 per week) will typically be played on Tuesdays and Thursdays with Wednesdays and Fridays being used as make-up days for rained out games. Open divisions will play on Mondays. Games will typically not be scheduled on Saturdays.
All REC divisions, with the exception of 5U, will hold a draft format for team selection to help create a fair and balanced league

Please note that the online registration system will automatically default you into the correct age group when you enter your child’s date of birth into the system.

We serve east Williamson County, and our participants typically live in the neighborhoods zoned to Clovercroft, Trinity, Crockett, Creekside, Oakview and Kenrose Elementary schools. Our players range in ability from beginner to having played from the first possible moment.

Important note about registration

We have updated our registration process to include an account creation step.

Establishing an account only takes minutes and will make it easier for you to register your child for future seasons.

If your child has not played in EWA, you will need to use the New Customer Primary Contact portal, even if your child or other children may have played an EWA sport prior to 2016. From this point forward, you will simply login as a returning customer for future sport registrations.

We offer a $5 discount for families registering more than one child. The discount shows up for each child registered after the first one and will appear on your final bill during the checkout process.
