New rainout update feature through Williamson County Parks & Recreation! There is a new, auto-update information system available on the www.wcprathletics.org website where you can register for weather alerts. Coaches and parents can all sign up for this. A mass e-mail goes out to all signed up registrants that alleviates having to call in via the phone line, this email goes out as soon as the decision regarding weather and gameplay is made. WCPR will make the rainout call by 4pm and post it to the rainout line at 370-0209. If there is rain after 4pm the decision will be made at the field.
